化疗药致神经毒性的机制及临床治疗的研究进展 被引量：16

摘要 化疗已成为肿瘤治疗的主要手段。在临床肿瘤治疗中,化疗药物在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时,所引起的不同程度的神经毒性是临床常见的药物剂量限制性不良反应。近年来,对其毒性机制的研究虽已广泛开展,但到目前为止,还未发现其明确的机制;治疗方面也未找到更有效的方法。现对其机制和治疗药物综述如下。1抗肿瘤化疗药物的神经毒性1.1铂类化疗药物的神经毒性铂类药物的神经毒性主要表现在外周神经系统和背根神经节,
