摘要
教师的合法权益能否得到保障是影响教师队伍是否稳定与素质高低最重要、最根本的因素。厦门市幼儿园教师能够较为充分地享有各项专业权利,但各项待遇的享有还不够充分,而且不同类型幼儿园教师所享有的权利与待遇差别较大,存在同工不同酬、同工不同权问题。建议通过制定科学的幼教事业发展政策、转变观念、增加政府责任、加强立法和执法等四项措施来保障厦门市幼儿园教师权益,提高幼儿园教师待遇。
Whether teachers' legal rights and interests are well protected is an essential aspect to influence stability and quality of teachers. Kindergarten teachers in Xiamen City have the rights to fully enjoy kinds of professional rights, but the salary and conditions are not good enough. And, in different kinds of kindergartens, their salary and conditions are quite different, that is same labor different reward and rights. Here, four measures are suggested to protect kindergarten teachers' rights and interests, and improve their salary and conditions. To make better policies to develop preschool education, to change minds, to increase government' s responsibilities, and to strengthen legislation and execute the law.
