房树人测验及其在心理咨询中的应用

房树人测验(HTP)作为一种投射测验和绘画测验,可以揭示来访者深层次的潜意识的人格特征和心理状态。咨询师可以从整体印象、绘画的过程和画面的内容三个层次对房树人图画作出综合解释。房树人测验目前主要应用在一般心理问题、神经症、精神分裂症、心理危机干预及犯罪人员转化等心理咨询和治疗领域中。相对于传统的心理测验,房树人测验在心理咨询中的应用存在诸多优势,后续的研究和应用需重点解决房树人测验的信度和效度问题、测验使用的普遍性问题、测验的标准化问题和测验中无关因素的影响问题等。

The House-Tree-Person technique （HTP） which is one of the projective tests and drawing tests may reveals the deep-seated subconscious personality characteristics and psychological status. The formal implementation of HTP includes three stages which are a description of the directive language, observation and notes of the drawing course and questions after the drawing. Consultants can make an integrated interpretation of HTP from the overall impression, the process of painting and the contents of pictures. HTP currently mainly used in the field of psychological counseling and treatment including general psychological problems, nerve disorders, schizophrenia, mental crisis intervention and criminals transformation. Compared with the traditional psychological tests, there are many advantages of the application of HTP in psychological counseling. However, follow-up study and application of HTP should be focused on solving the reliability and validity issues, the universality of use, the standardization of tests and the impact of unrelated factors.
