摘要
统筹城乡教育综合改革是一项由国家推动,率先在中国西部城市重庆、成都试水的教育综合改革。这项教育改革定位于城乡统筹发展,城市反哺农村这一大的背景下,是解决农村经济、社会问题,促进城乡教育一体化发展的又一重要举措。通过对统筹城乡教育综合改革的性质定位、背景认知、路径选择以及价值诉求的讨论,可以发现其价值取向有这么两个:一、国家、经济发展的社会取向,二、教育公平、城乡教育一体化发展的人文取向。而这场教育改革如何在两者之间进行平衡,是在今后的改革过程中应当着力关注的。
The comprehensive reform of urban and rural education which is carried out by national government is firstly putted into practice in Chongqing and Chengdu. This education reform is positioning in the background of the development of both rural and urban areas, and it is a way to solve economic and social problems of rural area. According to the discussion of the position and background and way and the pursuit of value of the comprehensive reform of urban and rural education, we could find these two main characters: firstly, the development of economic and nation oriented; education fairness and integration of urban and rural areas development oriented. How to balance the two orientations is very important.
