摘要
[目的]研究Ca2+对西瓜生长发育及品质的影响。[方法]以早佳(8424)西瓜为原料,采用深液流水培法(DFT),研究不同钙元素对西瓜生长、开花结果及产量品质的影响。[结果]220 mg/L Ca2+处理的西瓜生长速度最快,植株最高;Ca2+浓度高于220 mg/L时,西瓜生长速度下降。190 mg/L Ca2+处理的西瓜品质最佳;钙浓度高于190 mg/L时,西瓜产量、品质随之下降。[结论]该研究可为西瓜生产上合理施用钙肥提供理论依据和技术指导。
[Objective]To study the effects of Ca2+ on the growth and quality of watermelon.[Method]Take the"Zaojia(8424)"watermelon as raw materials,the effects of different Ca2+ concentrations on the growth,flowering and fruiting,yields and quality of watermelon in deep flow technique(DFT) culture were studied.[Result] The growth rate and plant height was the best at 220 mg/L of Ca2+,then the growth rate declined when Ca2+ concentration was over 220 mg/L,the quality got a peak value at 190 mg/L of Ca2+,then yield and quality decreased when Ca2+ concentration was over 190 mg/L in nutrient solution.[Conclusion] The study provided theoretical support and technical guidance for the rational calcium application for watermelon.
