摘要
[目的]研究雌性不育、雄性可育野生稻(♀A野生稻)的核质遗传关系。[方法]以♀A野生稻为父本,广亲常规稻(垦优2000和垦稻998-1)、三系不育系(DYA和珍汕97A)分别作母本,进行杂交试验。[结果]试验中并未出现孟德尔经典试验中出现的比例(3∶1),且F2代花粉中出现大量的不育花粉。[结论]决定♀A野生稻育性的基因不位于细胞核中而在细胞质中。
[Objective] The aim was to study the nucleo-cytoplasmic genetic relation of ♀A wild rice.[Method] The test was carried out through ♀A wild rice with the broad affine routine rice(Ken you-2000 and Ken dao98-1) and the male sterile rice(DYA and Zhen shan jiu qiA).[Result] The results showed that there was no ratio of 3∶ 1 appearing in Mendelian classic test,and there are a lot of sterility pollens in F2 generation pollens.[Conclusion] The gene of deciding the ♀A wild rice' fertility is in the cytoplasm not in the nucleolus.
