论国有产权的市场化裂变

The Marketlized Stripping of State-owned Property Rights

本文通过分析社会化大生产条件下产权裂变的客观要求和产权裂变方式与经济体制的相关性，提出在社会主义市场经济条件下国有产权裂变必须从行政方式转变为市场方式。由于国企改革中行政性产权裂变方式与市场经济体制不相吻合。

This article analyzes the objective demand of property rights stripping under socialized production and the relationship between stripping mode and economic institution. The author points out that under socialist market economy, the state-owned property rights stripping mode must be shifted from administration to market. In SOEs reform, administrative mode can not match the market economy, the break through of SOEs reform lies in marketlization of state-owned property rights stripping.
