喀斯特温和气候区马铃薯脱毒苗不同扦插密度研究

摘要 [目的]研究不同扦插密度对生产马铃薯脱毒苗生长发育的影响,探索适合马铃薯脱毒苗扦插密度。[方法]设4 cm×3 cm、6 cm×3 cm、6 cm×5 cm、8 cm×5 cm、8 cm×7 cm、10 cm×7 cm 6种不同密度进行扦插,考察脱毒马铃薯产量、合格薯率及植株性状。[结果]密度4 cm×3 cm、6 cm×3 cm、6 cm×5 cm 3个处理间产量差异不显著,但与其他处理存在极显著差异;产量结果通过合格薯率折算后,密度6 cm×5 cm处理小区马铃薯合格薯产量最高,为249.6粒/m2;脱毒苗植株的高度随着密度减小而降低,马铃薯植株的茎粗随着密度减小而变粗,脱毒苗植株的分枝数与密度变化没有关系。[结论]建议在网棚内生产马铃薯原原种,采用密度6 cm×5 cm进行扦插。 [Objective] To study the effect of different transplanting density on growth and development of virus-free potato seedlings and explore the optimal transplanting density.[Method] Six different transplanting densities of 4 cm×3 cm,6 cm×3 cm,6 cm×5 cm,8 cm×5 cm,8 cm×7 cm and 10 cm×7 cm were set up to inspect their impact on the yield and qualified potato rate and plant characters.[Result] The three treatments of 4 cm×3 cm,6 cm×3 cm and 6 cm×5 cm were not significantly different,but significantly different from other treatments.The yield was discounted by the qualified potato rate,the yield of qualified potato was the highest of 249.6 grains /m2when the density was 6 cm×5 cm,the height of virus-free plant decreased as the density decreased,the density of potato plant decreased with stem diameter of potato,and the number of branches of virus-free plant showed no correlation with density.[Conclusion] The breeder seed should be planted in the tent with the transplanting density of 6 cm × 5 cm.
