摘要
[目的]探讨牛磺酸的解酒防醉效果。[方法]通过防醉和解酒试验,检测牛磺酸对醉酒后小鼠血液乙醇含量、肝脏中ADH和AL-DH活性的影响。[结果]牛磺酸可显著延长小鼠对酒精的耐受时间,缩短醉酒的维持时间,并可明显降低醉酒小鼠血液中乙醇浓度,显著提高肝脏中ADH和ALDH的活性。[结论]牛磺酸具有良好的解酒防醉效果,其作用机制可能是牛磺酸提高肝脏内ADH和ALDH的活性,加速乙醇和乙醛的代谢,减轻了二者对机体的毒性反应。
[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the relieving alcoholism and preventing drunkenness effect of taurine.[Method] The effects of the taurine on the ethanol concentration in the blood and the activities of ADH and ALDH in the liver of the drunken mice were detected in the relieving alcoholism and preventing drunkenness experiment.[Result] The taurine could significantly postpone the tolerance time of mice to the alcohol and shorten the duration of drunkenness,obviously decrease the ethanol concentration in the blood of the drunken mice and significantly increase the ADH and ALDH activities in the liver of the drunken mice.[Conclusion] The taurine had good effects of relieving alcoholism and preventing drunkenness and its action mechanism might be to increase the activities of ADH and ALDH activities in liver and speed up the metabolism of the ethanol and acetaldehyde,so as to relief their toxicity reaction to the organism.
