摘要 [目的]研究利用大孔树脂柱脱除板蓝根水煎液中的铜、铅、镉。[方法]分别探讨了过柱速度、水煎液中铜、铅、镉的初始浓度、板蓝根煎药浓度以及树脂再生对重金属脱除率的影响,并利用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)分析过柱前后水煎液主要成分的变化。[结果]过柱速度、重金属初始浓度、板蓝根煎药浓度以及树脂再生对脱除铅和镉的影响不大,两者的脱除率都很高;而对铜的脱除率有一定的影响。过柱前后样本的高效液相色谱图表明,经过D751大孔树脂柱处理后,板蓝根水煎液主要成分变化不大。[结论]该研究为板蓝根水煎液中铅、镉和铜的脱除提供了理论依据。 [Objective] We aimed to study the removal of lead,cadmium and copper from the decoction of Radix isatidis by macroporous resin(D751) column.[Method] The effects of flowing rate,initial concentrations of copper,lead and cadmium,decoction concentration of Radix isatidis,cycles of resin regeneration on the removal rate of heavy metals were discussed,and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was utilized to analyze the major constituents of the decoction before and after resin treatment.[Result] The flowing rate,initial concentrations of copper,lead and cadmium,decoction concentration of Radix isatidis,cycles of resin regeneration had few impacts on the removal of lead and cadmium with higher removal rate,but had certain effects on the removal rate of copper.In addition,the high performance liquid chromatogram showed that there was no significant change in the chief composition of Radix isatidis decoction before and after resin treatment.[Conclusion] The research could provide scientific references for the removal of lead,cadmium and copper from the decoction of Radix isatidis in future.
