有机-无机复合膨润土吸附-催化处理水中染料金橙II的研究 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]研究有机-无机复合膨润土吸附-催化处理金橙II染料。[方法]利用羟基铁和表面活性剂同时改性膨润土,制得有机-无机复合膨润土。以阴离子染料金橙II为染料废水的代表,研究了时间、pH等因素对有机-无机复合膨润土吸附和催化过程的影响。[结果]有机-无机复合膨润土吸附剂对金橙II染料的吸附效果明显,最大吸附量为76.1 mg/g。吸附剂的吸附效果受吸附时间影响较为明显。当吸附时间在140 min左右时,去除率最高,可达96.22%。吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程。吸附效果也受到废水自身pH的影响。在不同pH条件下,去除率均能达到85.00%以上。当pH在4左右时,得到最大去除率97.57%。此外,有机-无机复合膨润土在有H2O2存在下,可以催化降解所吸附的污染物,有机物降解率达到87.13%,避免了二次污染,并可重复使用膨润土。当pH在4左右时,降解效果达到最佳,但降解时间较长。[结论]该研究为染料废水处理提供了新思路。 [Objective] The research aimed to study treatment of orange II dye by adsorption and catalysis of organic-inorganic composite bentonite.[Method] The hydroxyl-Fe and surface active agent were used to simultaneously modify bentonite,and the organic-inorganic composite bentonite was made.The orange II(negative-ion dye) was as representative of dye wastewater.The influences of time and pH on adsorption and catalysis processes of organic-inorganic composite bentonite were studied.[Result] The adsorption effect of organic-inorganic composite bentonite on orange II dye was obvious.The maximum adsorption amount was 76.1 mg/g.The influence of time on adsorption effect was obvious.When the adsorption time was 140 min,the removal ratio reached 96.22% and was the maximum.The adsorption process corresponded with quasi-secondary dynamic equation.The adsorption effect was also affected by wastewater pH.Under different pH conditions,the removal ratio all could reach above 85.00%.When pH was 4,the removal ratio reached 97.57% and was the maximum.In addition,under the condition of H2O2 existence,the organic-inorganic composite bentonite could catalyze decomposing adsorbed pollutant,and the degradation rate of organic matter reached 87.13%.It avoided secondary pollution,and could repeatedly use bentonite.When pH was 4,the degradation effect was the best,but the degradation time was long.[Conclusion] The research provided new thought for treatment of dye wastewater.
