江苏沿海规划实施过程中土地管理对策研究

Research on Land Management Countermeasures during the Implementation Process of Jiangsu Costal Planning

在分析江苏沿海地区土地利用现状的基础上,总结了沿海规划实施过程中可能产生的土地利用问题,并提出了相应的土地管理对策:建立规划实施滚动调整机制;完善滩涂资源开发利用规划;科学实施生态空间管制;健全土地监管工作机制;加强土地制度创新。

Based on the analysis of land use status in Jiangsu coastal areas,the land use problems might occur during the process of coastal planning implementation were summarized,and the corresponding land management countermeasures were put forward： establishing rolling adjustment mechanism;perfecting the development and utilization of mudflat resources,scientifically implementing ecological space control,improving land monitoring mechanism and enhancing land system innovation.
