摘要
针对北京市野生动物疫源疫病的监测方法,依据野生动物疫源疫病监测管理系统建设的总体目标,采用GIS技术和关系型数据库技术将空间数据和属性数据关联,实现北京市野生动物疫源疫病数据的共享。系统能够实现北京市野生动物疫源疫病的监测、疫源疫病数据的日常管理、监测信息的空间分析和统计、监测结果的表达、可视化以及监测结果的决策支持。依据总体设计方案,通过野生动物疫源疫病监测管理系统的建设能够让相关部门的管理者及时准确掌握北京市野生动物疫源疫病监测情况以及相应的预警与预报措施,从而进一步为疫病防患,加强公共卫生安全提供重要的决策依据。
According to the monitoring methods of wildlife epidenlicdisease in Beijing,as well as the general objective of wildlife disease management system,GIS technology and relational database technology were used to associate the spatial data with attributes data to achieve the sharing of Beijing wildlife data.The system achieved the monitoring of Beijing wildlife epidenlicdisease,the daily management of epidenlicdisease data,the spatial analysis of monitoring information,the visualized expression of monitoring results and the decision-making support.According to the overall plan,the system enabled the related management departments to timely and accurately grasp the epidenlicdisease information and take predictive measures,so as to prevent the spreading of diseases and guarantee public security.
