腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统开放手术临床效果对比分析

The observation of clinical results of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and conventional open surgery

目的观察腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统开腹胆囊切除术的临床效果,探讨LC治疗良性胆囊疾病的优越性及临床应用价值。方法将110例良性胆囊疾病患者随机分为LC组和OC组各55例,LC组给予腹腔镜胆囊切除术,OC组给予传统开腹胆囊切除术。观察两组手术情况及术后并发症情况,并进行对比分析。结果 LC组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、排气时间及住院时间均少(短)于OC组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LC组术后并发症发生率为5.45%,明显低于OC组的18.18%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LC较OC具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,是目前良性胆囊疾病治疗的一种经典术式,值得临床大范围推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and traditional open cholecystectomy to explore the superiority and clinical value of LC for benign gallbladder disease. Methods 110 cases with benign gallbladder disease were randomly grouped into LC group and OC group,with 55 cases in each group,LC group received laparoscopic cholecystectomy;OC group received conventional open cholecysteetomy,postoperative complications of surgery were observed and comparatively analyzed. Results The operative time,blood loss,incision length,discharge time and hospital stay of the LC group were less（short） than those of the OC group,which were significantly different（P 〈 0.05）.The postoperative complication rate of the LC group was 5.45%,significantly lower than that in the OC group, 18.18%,which had significant difference among the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the OC,LC has less trauma,faster recovery,fewer complications,which is a classic surgical treatment for benign gallbladder disease,worthy of a wide range of application.
