纤维支气管镜肺灌洗治疗肺脓肿效果分析

Effect analysis of lung lavage with bronchofiberscope for lung abscess

目的探讨纤维支气管镜肺灌洗治疗肺脓肿的临床效果。方法治疗组52例采用纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗,对照组36例采用内科正规保守治疗,比较两组治疗肺脓肿的效果。结果 88例患者随访1～5年,治疗组症状完全控制41例,显效9例,无效2例,总有效率为96.15%。对照组症状完全控制12例,显效15例,无效9例,总有效率为75.00%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论纤维支气管镜肺灌洗治疗肺脓肿优于内科正规保守治疗,可代替传统的病灶切除术,显著降低手术率。

Objective To study the effect of lung lavage with bronchofiberscope for lung abscess. Methods 52 cases in the treatment group received the treatment of lung lavage with bronchofiberscope. 36 cases in the control group received the medical formal conservative treatment. Results 88 cases of patients were followed up for one to five years.The treatment group,41 cases with symptoms completely control,9 cases had obvious effect,2 cases were invalid,the total effective rale was 196.15%.The control group,12 cases with symptoms completely control,15 cases had obvious effect,9 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 96.15%.The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The effect of lung lavage with bronchofiberscope for lung abscess was better than medicine formal conservative treatment,can replace the traditional lesions resection,and significantly reduce the rate of surgery.
