股骨近端髓内钉PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折26例

Proximal femoral nail PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of 26 cases

目的在C臂透视下采用股骨近端髓内钉PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折。方法 26例新鲜股骨粗隆间骨折患者行股骨近端髓内钉内固定PFNA手术治疗。结果治疗和随访26例患者,24例骨折愈合优,优良率为95.7%。结论股骨近端髓内钉PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,手术操作简单,时间短,手术切口小,创伤小,骨折愈合快,关节功能恢复快,患者能早期功能锻炼,康复快,并发症少。

Objective The purpose of C-arm fluaroscopy using proximal femoral nail PFNA fixation of intertrochanteric. fractures. Methods 26 cases of fresh fractures intertrochanterie proximal femoral intramedullary nail PFNA surgery,using a small incision, shorter operative time, less blood loss. Results The author treated and follow-uped 26 patients.24 fractures healed, two eases of good bone healing rate of 95.7%. Conclusion PFNA proximal femoral nail fixation of intertrochanteric fractures with a simple operation, time is short, a small incision, trauma, fracture healing, f;,sl recovery of joint function, the patient can be an early feature exercise, rapid recovery, fewer complications.
