摘要
目的采用分光光度法测定元胡止痛片中延胡索总生物碱的含量,确定最佳的提取及测定方法。方法用溴甲酚绿与生物碱结合成有机络合物,以定量的有机溶剂提取,用分光光度法在波长413nm处测定。结果平均回收率为100.9%,RSD为0.53%。结论本方法准确、可靠、重复性好,可作为元胡止痛片的质量控制标准。
Objective Determine the content of total corydalis alkaloid by spectrophotometry in Yuanhuzhitong tablet, Identify the optimal extraction and determination. Methods Use bromocresol green combined with alkaloids into organic complex, extraction with a certain amount of organic solvent, measured at a wavelength of 413nm by spectrophotometry. Results Average recovery was 100.9%, RSD 0.53%. Conclusion This method is accurate, reliable, reproducible and can be used as quality control standards of Yuan hu zhi tong Tablet.
