摘要
目的探讨袋鼠式护理对新生儿黄疸光疗的影响。方法前瞻性研究30例新生儿黄疸,观察袋鼠式护理与常规护理对光疗的影响。结果袋鼠式护理的患儿恢复时间缩短。结论袋鼠式护理有助于新生儿黄疸的恢复。
Objective To explore the influence of kangaroo care on the effectiveness of phototherapy of jaundiced neonates. Methods Fifty hospitalized newborns with jaundice were studied prospectively to judge whether intermittent KC would improve the effectiveness of phototherapy. Results The babies received KC recovered earlier from jaundice and needed a shorter course of phototherapy than the control group. Conclusion KC may be improving the effectiveness of ohototheraov of infants with neonatal jaundice.
