摘要
目的运用计算机三维重建方法,研究红核的空间形态与位置,为脑立体定向手术提供解剖学基础。方法先以20只整脑40个红核2 mm厚的连续切片为数据源,运用一种特殊的曲面造型法,重建红核的形状,并用逐步逼近法计算红核的内切、外接球。结果在微机上重建出红核的形状,并获得相关的数据。结论文章提出的特殊造型法对红核的三维重建切实有效,有助于对脑内神经核团形态位置的精确描述。
Objective To investigate the spatial form and location of red nucleus by 3D reconstruction and provide a theoretical anatomical basis for stereotactic surgery. Methods The red nucleus was cut into 2 mm-thick serial sections. The information of 40 red nucleuses was collected and integrated as a data source. Then the shape of the red nucleus was reconstructed by a special kind of surface modeling method. Using successive approximation method, the body sizes of the cutting ball and external ball of red nucleus were calculated. Results We reconstructed the shape of red nucleus by the computer and acquired the relevant data. Conclusion The special kind of surface modeling method for reconstruction of the shape of the red nucleus is effective. This method is beneficial for describing the location and pattern of brain nuclei.
