中西医结合治疗鼻咽癌的临床研究

Clinical Study of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine Treatment on Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的:探讨中医辨证施治结合西医治疗鼻咽癌的临床效果极其安全性。方法:选择鼻咽癌患者62例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组给予放化疗,治疗组在放化疗基础上辨证给予中药治疗,观察两组患者临床治疗效果、放疗毒副反应评级情况及肿大淋巴结消退情况。结果:治疗组临床有效率93.5%,对照组80.6%,治疗组临床有效率高于对照组,治疗组颈部淋巴结消退率为95.6%,对照组为87.5%,治疗组颈部淋巴结消退率高于对照组,放疗副反应评级治疗组2.2,对照组2.9,放疗毒副反应评级治疗组低于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗鼻咽癌能够减少放疗毒副作用,提高临床治疗效果,具有较好疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of chinese medicine dialectical treatment integrated western medicine treatment on nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）.Method 62 eases of patients with NPC were selected and randomly divided into control groups and treatment groups,all patinets received radiotherapy and chemotherapy,patients in treatment groups received additions treatment with chinese medicine di- alectical treatment,clinical effect, grading of toxic reaction with radiotherapy and extinction of lymph node were contrasted between control groups and treatment groups.Results Clinical effective power was 80.6% in control groups and was 93.5% in treatment groups, clinical effec- tive power was higher in treatment groups than in control group, extinction ratia of cervical lymph node was 87.5% in control groups and was 95.6% in treatment groups, extinction ratia of cervical lymph node was higher in treatment groups than in control group, grading of toxic reac- tion with radiotherapy was 2.2 in treatment groups and was 2.9 in control groups, grading of toxic reaction with radiotherapy was lower in treatment groups than in control groups.Conclusions chinese medicine integrated western medicine treatment could decrease the toxic reaction of radiotherapy,improve clinical effect and had good curative effect in NPC.
