肝素在静脉血栓栓塞预防中的应用综述 被引量：1

摘要 近年来研究发现,许多疾病可导致静脉血栓栓塞(venous thrombo embo-lism,VTE),而肝素尤其是低分子量肝素(low-molecularweight Heparins,LMWHs)在预防和治疗VTE中广泛应用,并积累了一定的临床经验。Baglin等的《肝素应用及监测指南》综合了较多文献,具有一定权威性,本综述以此文为基础结合相关文献,结合我国的研究[2,3],将肝素在预防与VTE相关疾病方面的应用进展简述如下:
