Method comparison of the determination of Caffeine in Tankejing Powder

目的:比较痰咳净散中咖啡因含量测定的两种不同方法。方法:分别采用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法测定。结果:两种方法平均回收率和RSD分别为100.5%和1.2%;99.2%和1.2%。结论:两种方法均可作为痰咳净散中咖啡因含量测定方法。

Objective： To compare two methods for the determination of caffeine in Tankejing Powder. Methods： The methods were HPLC method and UV spectrophotometric method. Results： The average recovery ratio and RSD for the three methods were 100. 5% and 1.2% ; 99. 2% and 1.2% respectively. Conclusions： All the methods can be used for the determination of caffeine in Tankejing Powder.
