摘要
目的探讨婴幼儿先天性心脏病(先心病)体外循环术后早期发生呼吸道细菌感染患儿围术期降钙素原的变化。方法 30例在心脏术后早期发生呼吸道细菌感染的先心病患儿(感染组)及30例未发生感染的先心病患儿(非感染组)于体外循环前、体外循环结束、术后24,48h分别检测血浆降钙素原水平。结果 2组体外循环结束时、术后24,48h血浆降钙素原水平明显高于体外循环前(P<0.05);感染组术后24,48h血浆降钙素原水平明显高于非感染组与本组体外循环结束时(P<0.05)。结论心脏术后早期发生呼吸道细菌感染婴幼儿的血浆降钙素原水平增高,有助于临床更早的鉴别出高危患者,提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the perioperative change of procalcitonin in infants with respiratory tract bacterial infection in the early period after cardiopulmonary bypass in infants with congenital heart disease.Methods The procalcitonin level was detected before cardiopulmonary bypass,at the end of cardiopulmonary bypass,24 hours after the operation and 48 hours after the operation in 30 infants infected with respiratory tract bacterial infection after cardiopulmonary bypass(infection group) and 30 infants not infected with respiratory tract bacterial infection after cardiopulmonary bypass(control group).Results In two groups,the level of procalcitonin was obviously higher at the end of cardiopulmonary bypass,24 hours and 48 hours after the operation than that before operation(P0.05).The level of procalcitonin was significantly higher in 24 hours and 48 hours after the operation than that at the end of cardiopulmonary bypass in the infection group and than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion The level of procalcitonin increases in the early period after the heart surgery in the infants with respiratory tract bacterial infection.To detect the procalcitonin is helpful for distinguishing the high-risk patients and improve the therapeutic effect.
