薄层液基细胞技术联合人乳头瘤病毒检测诊断子宫颈疾病价值 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨薄层液基细胞技术(ThinPrep cytologic test,TCT)联合人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)检测在子宫颈疾病诊断中价值。方法回顾性分析经组织病理证实300例宫颈疾病患者的TCT,HPV检测结果,比较TCT及TCT联合HPV-DNA诊断子宫颈疾病符合率。结果TCT联合HPV-DNA检测符合率(87.33%)优于TCT检测(75.33%)(P<0.05)。结论 TCT联合HPV-DNA可提高子宫疾病检出率。
