血清尿酸水平与冠状动脉病变程度关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血清尿酸水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法回顾性分析238例患者冠状动脉影像学检查的资料,分析不同冠状动脉病变程度与血清尿酸水平的关系。结果本组中高尿酸血症占56.30%,高尿酸组冠状动脉病变发生率明显高于非高尿酸组(χ2=16.212,P=0.000),且高尿酸组冠状动脉双支、多支病变发生率均高于非高尿酸组(χ2=6.981,P=0.008,χ2=8.764,P=0.003)。结论高尿酸血症与冠状动脉病变程度有一定相关性。
