俘能器用无铅压电陶瓷材料的制备与性能测试

摘要 压电元件是俘能器的关键元件,但传统的锆钛酸铅(PZT)材料已不能满足人们对环境的要求。采用传统固相反应法制备了新型Ba(Ti0.8Zr0.2)O3-(Ba0.7Ca0.3)TiO3(BZT-BCT)无铅压电材料,并对其进行了一系列的性能测试。通过1 240℃和1 350℃不同烧结温度的对比,制作了性能较理想的压电材料,可满足俘能器环保应用要求。 The piezoelectric material is the key element for energy harvesting devices,yet the traditional PZT ceramics are not environmentally friendly.Using the solid state reaction method we synthesized novel BZT-BCT lead-free ceramics with excellent piezoelectric coefficient and a serial of performance tests were carried out.The structure and properties have been characterized under two different temperatures of 1 240 ℃ and 1 350 ℃.The results showed that the lead-free ceramics had excellent piezoelectric properties and met the environmental application requirments.
