摘要
目的:测定断血流及其制剂中总黄酮含量。方法:以芦丁为对照品,NaNO2-A1(NO)3-NaOH显色,采用紫外分光光度法于505nm波长处测定断血流及其制剂中总黄酮的含量。结果:芦丁对照品质量浓度在4.42-66.29ug/ml线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=0.011X+0.009,平均加样回收率为98.37%,RSD:1.31%(n=5)。结论:该法操作简单,结果可靠,可作为断血流及其制剂中总黄酮含量测定方法。
Objective： To determine the total flavonoids content in Herba Clinopodii And its preparations. Methods： The con- tent of total flavonoids in Herba Clinopodii And its preparations was determined by NaNO2 - Al （NO） 3 - NaOH with Rutin as a stand- ard product . the detection wavelength was at 505 nm . Resulls： The absorbency and concentration of rutin had good linearity in the range of 4. 42 -66. 29ug/ml , and the average recovery rate was 98. 37%, with RSD of 1.31% （n =5）. Conclusion： The method is simple, stable and reliable, which can be used to determine the total flavonoids content in Herba Clinopodii And its preparations.
