上颌多生牙128例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 128 cases with maxillary supernumerary tooth

目的:探讨上颌多生牙的发病原因,发病特点及临床正确处理等的问题。方法:根据128例135颗上颌多生牙的临床表现以及造成的不良后果,讨论其发病原因及影响、拔出适应症及时机选择,手术进路和注意事项等的问题。结果:上颌多生牙发病原因各有不同,造成影响也不尽相同。早期发现,及时处理,多数患者经正畸治疗对牙齿功能与美观没有影响。结论:上颌多生牙应早发现、早诊断、早拔除是治疗原则。从而减少今后正畸治疗难度与疗程,减轻患儿痛苦。

Objective： To discuss the incidence causes, incidence characteristics, clinical correct handling and other problems of maxillary supernumerary tooth. Method： causes and effects, pull -out indications and timing, surgical approach and considerations, and other problems were discussed according to clinical manifestation and subsequent adverse consequences of 128 cases with 1.35 max- illary supernumerary teeth. Results： The incidence causes of maxillary supernumerary teeth were different, and the tooth function and beauty of most patients were not affected by the aid of orthodontic treatment through early discovery and timely treatment. Conclusion： the maxillary supernumerary teeth should be early detected, diagnosed and removed, which are treatment principles, thereby reducing difficulty and treatment course of orthodontic treatment, so as to reduce the suffering of children.
