摘要
采用陶瓷法制备了稀土La^(3+)掺杂的锶铁氧体Sr_(1-x)La_xFe_(12)O_(19)(x=0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20)。系统地研究了La^(3+)取代对材料结构、磁性能的影响,特别是对磁光克尔效应的影响。实验结果表明,La^(3+)取代Sr^(2+)能显著增强锶铁氧体的磁光克尔效应,当x=0.20时,与SrFe_(12)O_(19)相比,磁光克尔效应增加到了1%。
La-substituted strontium ferrites, according to the formula Srl-xLaxFe12019 (x = 0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20), were prepared by the conventional ceramic technology. The influences of La3+ substitution on the structures, magnetic properties and magneto-optical Kerr effect of Sr1-xLaxFe12019 were systematically investigated. The experimental results showed that a strong magneto-optical activity was induced in strontium ferrites by doping La. When x = 0.20, the magneto-optical activity of the sample Sr0.sLao.2Fe12019 was 1% higher than that of SrFe12019.
