摘要
采用高温固相反应法合成Sr_(2-x-y)B_5O_9Cl:xEu^(2+),yTb^(3+)蓝色荧光粉。用X射线衍射表征材料的晶体结构、用荧光光谱仪测定Eu^(2+)和Tb^(3+)的掺杂浓度,研究了助溶剂H_3BO_3过量浓度和反应温度对荧光粉发光性质的影响。结果表明,单掺杂Eu^(2+)时,其浓度猝灭机理为电偶极-电偶极交互作用机制,浓度猝灭临界距离为R_C=1.71 nm。在紫外(230-410 nm)波段有强而宽的吸收带,表明此粉是一种近紫外白光LED用的蓝色荧光粉。
ABSTRACT Sr2-x-yBsO9Cl:xEu2+, yTb3+ blue phosphors were synthesized by solid-state reaction method. The crystal structure was analyzed, and the factors affected the PL intensity of Sr2BsO9CI phosphors were investigated. The optimal conditions to obtain the blue emitting phosphor are 8% (molar fraction) Eu2+ concentration, 8% Tb3+ concentration, 30% excess of flux H3B03 and 900 °C reaction temperature; For single-doped Eu2+, the concentration quenching mechanism is electric dipole-electric dipole interaction mechanism and the concentration quenching critical distance is about Rc=1.71 nm;Furthermost, there is a strong absorption in the region of 230-410 nm.
