摘要
新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)指在围生期发生窒息而导致脑组织的缺氧缺血性损害,神经细胞凋亡是其主要病理改变。HIE的诊断主要依靠实验室和影像学检查,但是难以对其进行早期诊断。目前通过制备HIE的动物模型进行其分子机制研究已越来越受到重视,并逐步应用于临床。
Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) is caused by asphyxia ischemic brain damage in perinatal period.Neurocyte apoptosis is the main pathological change.Diagnosis of HIE currently relies on the laboratory diagnosis and imaging examination,but it is often hard to approach early diagnosis.Thus the molecular mechanism of HIE is researched by establishing animal models,which has been gradually applied in clinical.
