新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)指在围生期发生窒息而导致脑组织的缺氧缺血性损害,神经细胞凋亡是其主要病理改变。HIE的诊断主要依靠实验室和影像学检查,但是难以对其进行早期诊断。目前通过制备HIE的动物模型进行其分子机制研究已越来越受到重视,并逐步应用于临床。
