摘要
采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验研究了7050-H112铝合金在变形温度为300、350、400、450℃,变形程度60%,应变速率为0.01、0.1、1、10s-1时的高温流变和动态再结晶行为,建立了7050-H112铝合金在高温条件下的流变应力本构方程和动态再结晶运动学模型,为后续的热加工工艺制定和有限元模拟分析提供理论依据。
The hot deformation behavior and dynamic recrystallization of 7050-H112 aluminium alloy was investigated using the Gleeble-1500D thermal/mechanical simulation testing machine under the deformation of 60%,the strain rate of0.01s-1,0.1s-1,1s-1 and 10s-1 at the temperature of 300℃,350℃,400℃ and 450℃.The flow constitutive equation under high temperature and the dynamic recrystallization kinematics model were built,which can provide the theoretical basis for subsequent thermal processing and finite element analysis.
