摘要
对添加不同Mg含量的S8Cr4Mo4V钢锭淬火组织和高温性能进行分析。结果表明,添加适量的金属Mg可改善钢的结晶组织,破坏碳化物的网状结构,并能提高钢的高温热塑性。另外,Mg的加入对高碳轴承钢S8Cr4Mo4V的内部质量无不良影响。
The quenching microstructure and high-temperature behavior of S8Cr4Mo4V ingot with different Mg content were analyzed.The results show that the crystallization microstructure of the steel with the addition of Mg can be improved,the mesh structure of carbide is destroyed,the high temperature thermo-plastic of the steel is improved.It has no bad influence on the internal quality of metal magnesium.
