摘要
研究了冷轧加工率、保温时间等因素对再结晶温度的影响。研究表明:冷轧加工率为90%时,与加工率30%时相比,再结晶温度降低了10℃;保温时间5、7 h时,与保温时间1、3 h时相比,再结晶温度也降低了10℃。该结论能够为制定冷轧板带材的退火工艺和生产提供理论基础。
The effects of cold processing rate,holding time and other factors on the recrystallization temperature were studied.The results show that under the processing rate of 90% cold-rolling,compared with the processing rate of 30%,the recrystallization temperature reduces by 10 ℃.Under the holding time of 5 h,7 h,compared with the holding time of 1 h,3 h,the recrystallization temperature also reduces by 10 ℃.This conclusion can provide a theoretical basis for developing annealing process and producing cold rolling strip.
