基于ANSYS耦合场的轴类零件高频感应淬火研究 被引量:7

摘要 利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对45钢制轴类零件的感应加热过程进行了电磁/热耦合场的模拟分析,得到高频频率范围内的感应电流透入深度,推测出不同频率对应的淬硬层深度,并给出了工件截面节点温度随淬火时间的变化情况。最后与实际生产数据进行了分析比较,验证了模拟结果的可靠性。 Taking 45 steel as an example,the process of induction heating of axial parts in the electromagnetic/thermal coupling field was analyzed by finite element analysis software package-ANSYS.The penetrated depth of induction current in the high frequency range was obtained,the hardening layer depth corresponding to different frequency was inferred,and the temperature changes in the workpiece section with the time of quenching were given.In the end,comparative analysis between them and the actual production data have verified that the simulation results are reliability.
