摘要
利用金相显微镜、拉伸试验机、硬度计、冲击试验机等手段研究分析了5种热处理工艺对材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,825℃×50 min水淬油冷+580℃×60 min回火为最佳热处理工艺,可满足力学性能要求,且降低生产成本。
The effects of five kinds of heat treatment on mechanical properties were researched by microscope,tensile testing machine,hardness tester and impact testing machine.The results show that the best heat treatment process is heating at 825 ℃ for 50 min(water-oil quenching cooling) and then tempering at 580 ℃ for 60 min,which can meet the mechanics performance requirements and reduce production cost.
