摘要
对9SiCr进行不同的等温球化退火,以研究加热温度对球化组织的影响。结果表明:当加热温度为790℃时,处理后材料的球状珠光体颗粒细小,分布均匀,没有偏聚现象,同时也没有片状珠光体存在,硬度值最低,该工艺达到最佳的等温球化退火效果。
The different isothermal spheroidizing annealing of 9SiCr was carried out.The effects of heating temperature on the microstructure of 9SiCr spheroidized were studied.The results demonstrate that the particles in the spheroidite of the specimen treated at the temperature of 790 ℃ are fine in size and distributed homogeneously.In addition,there is no segregation of cementite and no pearlite in the microstructure of the specimen and the hardness of the specimen is minimum.Thus,the isothermal spheroidizing annealing process is the optimum heat treatment.
