摘要
[目的]从疑似患有支原体肺炎肉牛中分离出致病菌,并对其进行鉴定。[方法]从爆发牛支原体肺炎的某牛场病牛肺组织中分离致病菌,并对其进行致病性检测和药敏试验。通过16S rDNA序列测定与系统进化分析,进行病原菌的鉴定。[结果]除分离到牛支原体外,还分离到1株致病性细菌FC-1。该菌革兰氏染色为阴性,球杆状,对大环内酯类药物具有耐药性,对氨基糖苷类及喹诺酮类抗生素敏感。16S rDNA序列测定结果表明该菌为1株鲍氏不动杆菌。[结论]导致牛支原体肺炎的病原除牛支原体外,还可能存在其他病原的混合感染。
[Objective] The research aimed to separate and identify the pathogens from beef cattle infected with mycoplasma pneumonia.[Method] The pathogens were separated from the lung tissue of diseased cattle with mycoplasma pneumonia in a cattle farm where bovine mycoplasma pneumonia outbroke.And the pathogenicity detection and drug-sensitivity test were made on the isolated bacteria.And the pathogens were identified by the sequencing of 16S rDNA and phylogenetic analysis.[Result] FC-1 strain was isolated along with Mycoplasma bovis.FC-1 strain was a Gram-negative coccobacillus,with the drug-resistance to macrolides antibiotics and sensitivity to a minoglycosides and quinolones.16S rDNA sequencing results showed that strain FC-1 belonged to the species Acinetobacter baumannii.[Conclusion] The pathogens that caused bovine mycoplasma pneumonia might have the mixed infection with other pathogens except Mycoplasma bovis.
