橡胶籽油生物柴油的贮存稳定性研究

摘要 [目的]筛选适于保存橡胶籽油生物柴油的抗氧化剂。[方法]采用均相碱催化法制备橡胶籽油生物柴油,使用TBHQ、维生素E作为抗氧化剂,测定不同条件下生物柴油样品的过氧化值、酸值,分别考察2种抗氧化剂对生物柴油贮存稳定性的影响。[结果]TBHQ、维生素E均对生物柴油贮存稳定性有改善效果,当添加油重0.12%的TBHQ时,生物柴油安全贮存时间比未添加时延长5倍,达到15d,而添加油重0.08%的维生素E时,生物柴油安全贮存时间可延长3.3倍,达到10 d。[结论]在均相碱催化条件下制备的生物柴油更适合采用TBHQ作为抗氧化剂。 [Objective]The research aimed to select the best antioxidant for the conservation of biodiesel prepared from rubber seed oil.[Method]Biodiesel was prepared under the homogeneous alkali catalytic condition,and then it was conserved with TBHQ and vitamin E. During conservation,the peroxide number and acid number was determined to investigate the effects of TBHQ and vitamin E on the stability of biodiesel.[Result]The results showed that TBHQ and vitamin E improved the storage stability of biodiesel. Compared with the stable time of biodiesel when nothing was added,the stable time was 15 days when added 0. 12% TBHQ to biodiesel and 10 days when added 0. 08% vitamin E to biodiesel. The stable time was advanced 5 times and 3. 3 times separately.[Conclusion]The antioxidant of TBHQ is more suitable to biodiesel than vitamin E when the biodiesel were prepared under the homogeneous alkali catalytic condition.
