我国农业信息化建设面临的主要问题及对策研究

The Research of Main Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Information Construction in China

在对福建省、河南省、内蒙古自治区农业信息化建设调研的基础上,系统总结了农业信息化建设的经验和做法,研究了农业信息化建设面临的突出问题,并提出推进农业信息化建设的对策建议:充分发挥政府主导功能,加大政策扶持力度;完善农业信息化服务体系,规范信息化队伍管理;加大信息资源整合力度,提升信息化服务能力;推进农业生产经营信息化,促进现代农业发展;降低农业信息消费成本,推动信息化服务开展。

Based on the investigation and study of agricultural information construction of Fujian,Henan and Inner Mongolia,experiences and practices of agricultural information construction were summarized systematically,moreover,the extrusive problems faced by agricultural information construction were studied,finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting agricultural information construction were proposed.It included,fully exerting governmental dominant function,strengthening the power of policies support;perfecting agricultural information service system,standardizing the management of information team;strengthening the degree of information resource integration,promoting information service ability;boosting the informatization of agricultural production and operation,promoting the development of modern agriculture;reducing the cost of agricultural information consumption,promoting the operating of informatization service.
