农民非农化就业与村社信用理念的冲突研究

Research on the Conflict between Non-farm Employment of Farmers and Village Credit Concept

农民工在城市进行非农工作中其坚守的村社观念经常会与城市市场思想产生冲突,以致陷入困难境地,为解决这一问题,笔者从农民工在雇佣关系中处理社会事务和人际交往中坚持村社信用理念这些角度予以分析,提出将村社信用理念融汇到相关规制制度中、融入社会建设中的对策与建议,从而促进村社信用理念的传承与发展。

Migrant workers are often encountered on conflict and the plight in non-farm work in city between village concept in rural and market ideology in urban,to resolving the problem,from the angles of dealing with social issues in employer-employee relationship and insisting village credit concept in interpersonal communication of migrant workers,countermeasures and suggestions for integrating village credit concept into related regulations and systems as well as social construction were proposed,to promote the continuity and development of village credit concept.
