安徽农村社会化养老的筹资模式探析

Analysis on Financing Pattern of Rural Socialization Endowment in Anhui Province

分析了安徽农村推行社会化养老面临的资金筹集问题,认为在筹资模式的选择上应充分借鉴新型农村合作医疗的成功经验,实行"完全积累、缴费确定型"的筹资模式,整合农村各类养老保障资源,以达到优势互补的目的。

The financing problem in promoting socialization endowment in Anhui rural was analyzed.It was thought that selecting financing pattern should fully refer to successful experience of new type rural cooperative medical system promotion in Anhui,implementing financing pattern of ＂total accumulation,defined contribution＂,integrating all kinds of endowment security resource,so as to achieve the goal of complementary advantage.
