宁夏农业现代化指标体系的构建及发展水平测度研究

Establishment of the Evaluation Index System and Measurement of the Development Level of Ningxia Agricultural Modernization

在正确理解农业现代化内涵和本质的基础上,遵循完整性、重点性、可操作性和可比性的原则,结合宁夏实际和有关文献,设置宁夏农业现代化发展水平的评价指标,利用加权函数法和层次分析法,最终构建宁夏农业现代化指标体系。在此基础上,对全国、宁夏及部分省区的农业现代化水平进行定量测算得出:宁夏的农业现代化水平低于全国平均水平,总体上在西北5省区中处于中等水平。但从纵向对比分析来看,宁夏近3年来农业现代化发展水平取得了显著提升,由2007年的0.445 2上升到2009年的0.542 9,增长效果明显。

Based on correct understanding of the connotation and essence of agricultural modernization,according to the principles of integrity,importance,operability and comparability,as well as the data in Ningxia Statistical Yearbook and the relevant literatures,the index for evaluating the development level of agricultural modernization was set up,and the index system was finally established by using the methods of weight function and hierarchy analysis.On this basis,the agricultural modernization level in whole China,Ningxia and some provinces and districts was quantitatively measured,the agricultural modernization level in Niangxia was below the national average level,while that of the five provinces and regions in West China was at the medium level.Through comparison,the agricultural modernization level of Ningxia had improved remarkably from 0.445 2 in 2007 to 0.542 9 in 2009.
