从近三届国际体操联合会(FIG)竞技健美操规则变化看女子单人项目发展

A Bird View of Development of Women's Single Events in Competitive Aerobics Based on the Rule Changes by the Recent Three FIG

国际体操联合会(FIG)2001年至2012年3个周期的规则演变,使竞技健美操的完成、艺术、难度等评分细则和规定越来越合理。规则的变化将加快推动竞技健美操运动的发展。对我国竞技健美操女子单人项目与世界前3名运动员技术水平进行比较研究,寻找差距,以期能进一步发展我国的女单项目。

Competitive aerobics is a sport that blends music,gymnastic movements,difficulty and performance,which is characterized by health,power and beauty.In the recent 20 years of the development of competitive aerobics in China,a better understanding of the new rules（2009-2012） issued by International Association of Competitive Aerobics is gained through many coaches＇ efforts of exploration and researches.The paper,based on the research of the FIG＇s rules in three periods（2001-2004,2005-2008,2009-2012）,finds that the scoring details and rules of the completion,art and difficulty of competitive aerobics are becoming more and more reasonable.The changes of rules will accelerate the development of competitive aerobics.The paper,based on the detailed rules,makes a comparative study of Chinese women＇s single events in competitive aerobics with the world top three in terms of their technique levels so as to find the distance and further develop Chinese women＇s single events in this field.
