影响农村工业聚集的因素及实证分析

Effect Factors of Chinese Rural Industry Agglomeration and Positive Analysis

通过对影响小城镇中工业聚集度的实证分析，显示了小城镇中工业聚集受基础设施和环境条件、城乡收入差距、第二产业发展水平、人口密度等经济因素和产权制度、产品市场与劳动力市场发育程度等制度因素的影响。由此说明，制度因素是小城镇不能有效吸引农村工业聚集的重要原因。

This paper give a positive analysis on the effect factors of Chinese small town's industry agglomeration.This research shows that these factors are infrastructure and environment condition,rural-urban income difference,the development level of second industry,the density of people,these are the economic factors,and property right system,product market,labor market develop,these are the institutional factors.Also this study shows the reasons why the small towns can not attract rural industry to concentrate is because institutional factors restrict rural industry to move to towns.
