摘要
国标法测定乳制品中三聚氰胺含量时,其样品前处理为手工操作,每小时仅能处理1~2个样品。因此,本研究基于流动注射分析技术,将国标法的手工操作变成自动过程,建立了一种可与国标法联用的奶样全自动固相萃取富集系统,每小时可处理至少10个样品,实现了奶样的自动快速处理,并已成功用于三聚氰胺标液及乳制品样的测定。本方法的特点是环境污染小、操作简便、自动化程度高,可作为国标法的补充方法。本方法的线性范围为0.2~50 mg/L(r=0.9993),相对标准偏差小于3.9%,检出限为0.1 mg/L,回收率为95.4%~108.0%。
In current,for the determination of melamine content in milk products by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) in GB(Chinese standard),the sample pretreatment is all manual operation,and its pretreatment speed is only 1-2 samples per hour.Therefore,a new automatic solid phase extraction enrichment system(ASPEES) based on the flow-injection analysis was established.The system′s pretreatment speed had attained 10 samples per hour.The method has the advantages of rapid,small pollution and high automation.Linear range of the method was in the range of 0.2-50 mg/L(r=0.9993),relative standard deviation was less than 3.9%,detection limit was 0.1 mg/L,recovery was 95.4%-108.1%.It can be used as a new complement for the GB method.
