摘要
本文分析了上海市郊小城镇建设的现状与存在的问题 ,上海市郊小城镇发展滞后的现实原因 ,提出了上海市郊小城镇建设的目标。
This paper analyzes the status quo and issues in the set up of suburban small towns in shanghai, indentifies the real reasons responsible for the lagging of the small towns' development, and suggests the goal,pattern,and policies for their development.
