不同证型老年男性高血压病患者性激素受体表达的比较研究

Comparative Study on Sex Hormone Receptor Expression of Old Male Patients with Different Types of Hypertension

目的:探讨男性老年人高血压病肾气亏虚证、肝火上炎证与性激素受体表达紊乱的关联性,从而为研究老年人高血压病肾气亏虚证、肝火上炎证证候表现的病理生理基础提供依据。方法:根据高血压诊断与分级标准、中医辨证标准选择了男性高血压病肾气亏虚证、肝火上炎证患者各20例和健康老年男性20例,应用流式细胞检测法检测受试者外周血中ER-β和AR的荧光强度。结果:男性老年人高血压患者的性激素受体数量处于一种低水平状态,可以作为诊断男性老年人高血压病的特异性指标;但是,AR、ER-β的下降幅度不能用来作为区分男性老年人高血压病肾气亏虚证和肝火上炎证的有效指标。

Objective：This paper studies the relativity between the old male patients with hypertension including kidney - Qi deficiency syndrome and liver - fire flaming upward syndrome And the sex hormone receptors expressions so as to provide the basis for the pathophysiological study. Methods ： According to hypertension diagnosis and classification standard as well as TCM differentiation standard, there were 20 cases both in kidney - Qi deficiency syndrome and fiver - fire flaming upward syndrome. And there were 20 healthy cases. The flow cytometric agglutination test was used to measure the estrogen receptor （ ER - 13） in peripheral blood and the fluorescence intensity of androgen receptors （AR）. Results ：The sex hormone receptor quantity of old male patients with hypertension was in a low level ,which can be used as a diagnostic indicator. However ,the decline of AR or ER - βcan not be used to distinguish kidney - Qi deficiency syndrome and the liver - fire flaming upward syndrome.
