理虚解郁方治疗慢性疲劳综合征120例

Investigation of Lixu Jieyu Prescription In Treating 120 Cases of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

目的:观察理虚解郁方治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效。方法:120例慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分组,分别运用中药理虚解郁方和西药维康复、ATP、谷维素治疗。并观察疲劳评定量表,SCL-90量表,免疫指标IgG、IgM、IgA、IgE、NK细胞的变化。结果:理虚解郁方组和对照组治疗后疲劳积分较治疗前均具有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);且治疗后中药组疲劳积分与对照组组间比较有显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。中药治疗组SCL-90各因子评分及总评分治疗后较治疗前具有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);其中SCL-90总评分、躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、其它因子较对照组具有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);两组免疫指标IgG、IgM、IgA、IgE、NK细胞治疗前后比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药理虚解郁方可有效缓解慢性疲劳综合征患者的疲劳症状和情绪障碍,疗效优于对照组。

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of Lixu Jieyu in Prescription treating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Methods：120 cases are divided into 2 groups：treated group with Lixu Jieyu Prescription and control group with Vitamin B Tablets, ATP and Oryzanol Tablets. And observe the changes of the fatigue scores,the scores of SCL -90 factors and IgG, IgM, IgA, lgE, NK. Results：After treatment the scale marks of the fatigue scores of treated and control group were obviously lower（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the treated group scores were still obviously lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The scores of SCL - 90 factors of the treated group were obviously lower （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The scores of SCL - 90 factors on physical, forced, depression, anxiety , paranoid and other scores in the treated group were all improved than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. No obvious differences were observed for the amounts of IgG, IgA, IgM, IgE and NK after treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Lixu Jieyu Prescription could improve the fatigue symptoms, regulate the emotion of CFS patients, the therapeutic effect is better than control group.
