股骨粗隆间骨折的辨证施护

目的:观察股骨粗隆间骨折实施辨证施护的效果。方法:针对股骨粗隆间骨折不同证型的证候特点,采取辨证施护。结果:100例患者骨折完全愈合,无并发症的发生。结论:股骨粗隆间骨折的辨证施护能够促进骨折愈合、减少并发症,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：The intertrochanteric fractures nursing effect based on syndrom differentiation was observed. Methods： According to the femoral intertrochanteric fracture with different syndrome characteristics, adopt the dialectical nursing. Results 100 patients fractures healed completely, no complications. Conclusion：For femoral intertrochanteric fractures in patients with the implementation of dialectic nursing can promote the fracture healing, reduce the complications, improve the quality of patients life.
